Phase one

The seven-day build.

One kickoff call. Then we do not bother you again until day seven, except to confirm copy and approve the lead magnet.

  1. Domain and infrastructure
We register your domain (yourname.com) at cost and route DNS. Email forwarding is configured. SSL is on. None of this is something you ever have to think about again.
  2. Discovery call and positioning brief
A thirty-minute conversation: the neighborhoods you farm, the price points you know cold, and the client you want more of, first-time buyers, move-up sellers, downsizers, investors. The brief becomes the source document for everything else.
  3. Website built and copy written
A five-section site for buyers and sellers on your domain. Written in plain English, not boilerplate. Your license number and brokerage shown correctly. Equal Housing Opportunity and required disclosures present. Reviewed against your state's real estate advertising rules before launch.
  4. A real lead magnet, not a template
A short, useful guide built for your market, "What Your Home Is Really Worth in [Neighborhood]" or "The 12-Point Pre-Listing Checklist." Designed, written, and tied to a home-valuation request that captures sellers early. It becomes the centerpiece of your nurture.
  5. Google Business Profile
Claimed, verified, fully populated. Service areas, attributes, listing photos, the description that actually ranks. Connected to your local search presence so you show up when someone searches "real estate agent in [city]" or "[neighborhood] homes for sale."
  6. Roughly fifteen directory placements
Zillow, Realtor.com, Homes.com, Redfin, your local board and association directory, Google, Yelp, Nextdoor, and the regional ones that actually drive traffic. Each entry filled out properly. Each links back to your site.
  7. Email nurture sequence
A seven-email sequence that goes out automatically after someone requests a home valuation or downloads your guide. Useful content, market trends, the selling timeline, what to fix before listing, not "drip marketing." Written in your voice. Designed to lead naturally to a conversation.
  8. Booking system
Calendar tied to your real availability for buyer consults, listing appointments, and showings. Intake form collects what you need before the first meeting. Reminder emails. Reschedule links. The friction between interest and first conversation, removed.
  9. Review collection
Automated request to clients after closing, wording mindful of your brokerage's policy and the rules that govern agent endorsements. Reviews go to Google and Zillow. You build social proof without ever feeling like you are asking.
  10. Handoff and a single point of contact
A short Loom walking you through everything we built. One email address for any future request. Day fifteen and forward, the monthly operation begins.
Phase two

The monthly operation.

This is the part most providers will not commit to. It is also the part that actually grows the business. Six things, every month, forever.

  1. One newsletter, ghostwritten, sent
Written in your voice, we learn it during onboarding and keep refining. Tied to something local and timely: price trends in your farm area, inventory shifts, rate moves, the season. Reviewed against advertising and fair housing rules before it leaves the drafts folder. Sent only after you approve.
  2. Two new directory or referral placements
We work through a rotating list of regional, niche, and partner directories, and referral relationships with lenders, title, and escrow. The cumulative effect over a year is what matters: by month twelve, you are listed and linked in roughly forty places that matter for your market.
  3. Local SEO maintenance
Google Business Profile updates. Tracking your visibility for the eight to twelve search terms that matter, "[neighborhood] homes for sale," "[city] real estate agent," "sell my house [area]." Fresh listing photos and GBP posts. Quiet, ongoing.
  4. Automated review collection
Continues running after every closing. We monitor the queue, route any private feedback to you privately, and public reviews to Google and Zillow. New reviews appear on your site automatically.
  5. A monthly performance report
Two pages. Website traffic, where it came from, valuation requests, calls and appointments booked, what we changed this month, what we recommend next. Sent the first of the month for the prior month.
  6. Office hours
A standing thirty-minute slot every month if you want to use it. Most clients use it once a quarter. It is included regardless.
A note on the rules

Every piece of client-facing content we produce is reviewed against your state's real estate advertising rules and federal fair housing requirements before it goes out. We do not write language that steers, excludes, or implies preference around any protected class. Your license number and brokerage are disclosed where the rules require.

STIFTA is not your broker and is not your compliance department. Your brokerage may have its own advertising and review policies, and those come first. We make staying inside the lines easier, not automatic. Final responsibility for what you publish rests with you and your brokerage, where the rules put it.
